Hasan Abid Askari is the Co-Founder and Principal of HASCON. He founded HASCON in 2002 with a vision for building beautiful homes and commercial projects that are tailored to the needs of each client.
He has over three decades of experience as builder and general contractor. Hasan has been involved in the development and construction of residential and commercial properties of more than one billion dollars. Before founding HASCON, Hasan was Senior Vice President of Foulger-Pratt Development, a privately-held leading real estate developer and investor in the Washington DC Metro Area. Hasan earned a B.S. in civil engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, an M.S. in civil engineering from The University of Alberta, and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis. He earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from Babson College, Massachusetts. Also, Hasan is a licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Home Builder in Maryland and Class A Contractor in Virgina.
Seema Askari is the Co-Founder, Principal and Director of Design. She manages planning and interior design , material selection, procurement, sales, and customer service.
